Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer the following options:
- Standard Shipping (with tracking) – Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
- Economy Shipping (no tracking) – Estimated delivery in 7–14 business days
No-Tracking Shipments – Important Notice If you select an economy or no-tracking shipping option at checkout, please be aware that Throttle Addikt is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. By selecting a no-tracking shipping method, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any packages that cannot be located after shipment. We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping option for all orders, especially for higher-value items.
International Shipping We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary — please contact us for more information.
Damaged or Missing Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@throttleaddikt.com with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that no-tracking shipments are not eligible for lost package claims.
